Management Team
We have developed a Management Structure that can offer flexibility on projects we undertake. The skills and expertise within the company ensure that teamwork is a priority and all members of the team have a complete understanding of the ultimate goals of the company. Our Directors are members of the Chartered Institue of Building and we encourage professional development at all levels.
Our Investors in People standard ensures all members of staff, site, admin and management are committed and motivated.
Priorities
There are certain factors that we consider priorities:
- Our ability to work in partnership with other organisations
- Maintaining our committment to quality and safety
- Selection and control of sub-contractors and material suppliers
- The importance of computer technology at all stages and levels of the project
- The sensitive understanding of the client's requirements throughout the project and an understanding of the lifetime requirements of the building.
