Fire damaged joinery was carefully surveyed patterns taken and replicated. Surface finishes were reinstated including fibrous plaster cornices and ceiling roses, floor tiles and hardwood flooring. Bespoke kitchen and bathroom units complemented the high quality finishing.

The new electrical installation included lighting, fire alarms; telephone, data, satellite TV system a door entry system and a ‘Lutron’ home building management system. The mechanical installation comprised comfort cooling, hot and cold water adaptations, kitchen and bathroom services.

The project was brought in on time, to budget with the Client praising the high standard of workmanship and finishing.
