Steven joins us from McLaren Construction, where he spent 15 years playing a key role in the company’s development and success. Rising through the ranks to Estimating Director, he led pre-construction activities on a wide range of complex, high-value projects across the UK, building a strong reputation for delivering strategic and technically robust solutions.
Bringing exceptional technical knowledge, extensive industry experience and proven leadership capability, Steven will join the Board and play a pivotal role in driving our bid and pre-construction strategy. His appointment will support the continued growth of the business and enhance our ability to deliver the very best outcomes for our clients.
