We are proud to announce the successful completion of Phase 2 of the internal refurbishment works at SOAS University of London, following the earlier handover of Phase 1. Together, these two phases mark a major transformation of the campus, significantly enhancing its functionality and the overall experience for students, staff, and visitors.
While Phase 1 focused on enabling early occupation and access to key teaching and support areas, Phase 2 has introduced a range of new and inspiring spaces, including: –
- A beautifully curated art gallery, now serving as a cultural focal point on campus
- Modern breakout areas, designed to promote collaboration and informal learning
- Refreshed, welcoming study zones, tailored to support focused academic work
Project Highlights include: –
- Delivered on programme, in alignment with the academic calendar
- Executed with minimal disruption in a live university environment
- Finished to a high standard, respecting the character of the existing building
- Achieved zero defects at handover
- Received positive feedback from staff and students alike
- Maintained excellent health and safety performance throughout
We extend our sincere thanks to our project team, supply chain partners, and SOAS University of London for their collaboration and commitment in delivering this successful project.
