Construction work has completed on the I-Construct Innovation Hub, a centre of excellence for construction innovation in Braintree, Essex.
The BREEAM Excellent two-storey building is located next to the Braintree Enterprise Centre where some internal refurbishment works were also completed.
Our client Braintree District Council has largely funded this project. The remaining allocation was provided by the European Regional Development Fund.
The Hub’s facilities are designed to support individuals looking to start up a business in construction or a related sector. The aim is to nurture early-stage SMEs and facilitate the commercialisation of new ideas, technologies and research.
We are proud to not only have constructed this facility but also to be a part of the I-Construct community.
