Practical Completion Achieved at Wellcome Genome Campus

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Plaza project at the Wellcome Genome Campus in Hinxton, near Cambridge.

Home to a growing community of world-leading institutes, organisations, and experts in genomics, biodata, health data, and data science, the Wellcome Genome Campus plays a vital role in advancing science through the use of machine learning and AI to improve lives globally.

This transformative external works scheme was designed to enhance both safety and usability across the campus. Delivered within a live operational environment, the project required meticulous planning, close coordination, and clear communication to minimise disruption and ensure seamless execution.

Scope of Works:

🔹 Installation of new external lighting
🔹 Creation of a new pedestrian safety walkway
🔹 Upgrades to site drainage infrastructure
🔹 Extensive soft and hard landscaping
